Ingredients
- 1 small baguette
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 Tbsp Kelp Chili Crisp
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pistachios, finely chopped
Preparations
- Make the hot honey: In a small saucepan, combine honey and Kelp Chili Crisp over medium heat. Stir constantly until combined. This should take just a few minutes.
- Slice bread into 1/2 pieces and top each piece with a scoop of ricotta cheese.
- Drizzle the hot honey and garnish with pistachios.
- Serve immediately.
