Looking to shake up your salmon game? This recipe features the bold garlic flavor of Everything Kelp Seasoning, which perfectly complements the rich, tender salmon. A creamy lemony yogurt sauce with capers adds a smooth, tangy finish.  

 

Ingredients 

  • 12 oz. fillet of wild Alaskan salmon, cut into portions  
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil 
  • 2 Tbsp. Everything Kelp Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped dill 
  • 1 tsp. orange zest 
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest 
  • 1 Tbs. capers
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparations

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Pat salmon dry and season with Everything Kelp Seasoning, ½ tsp. orange & lemon zest, 1 tsp. chopped dill.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet; cook 3–5 minutes until skin releases. Flip and cook until internal temp reaches 125°F. 
  4. Mix remaining dill, zest, capers, yogurt, and lemon juice in a bowl.   
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve salmon over yogurt sauce, garnished with green onions and extra zest.
