Unfortunately, the title of this review is a lie, I have so many notes regarding this product. Love notes, thank you notes, musical notes, etc. A friend of mine who worked in Juneau for a while recommended the standard hot sauce and i immediately fell in love. It’s spicy, it’s flavorful, it elevates and compliments a myriad of foods, flavors, and even drinks! (Bloody Mary fans, don’t miss out!)
I thought my friend was joking a few months later when I asked if she wanted me to order her anything since I was already placing an order myself and she said yes, and to ‘please add 6 bottles of the OG sauce’.
She was not joking and I additionally added three extra bottles to be on the safe side so I could share them with friends over the holidays.

I love hot sauces. I like to play around with the Hot One's™ lineups. This stuff is perfecto. Not too vinegar based, medium spice, and I think it's the garlic that likes to linger and making you want more.

Great sauce for tacos! First tried this sauce at Swell Taco in Homer while visiting relatives a few weeks ago. Amazing flavor, taste and right amount of heat! Yes, I like this product by itself as well, nothing wrong with that! :)

use alot of hot sauce and have even made my own. after a cruise to alaska and finding this sauce it is by far my favorite and will bee ording it for many years to come.
