Legit the best hot sauce I've tasted.

I bought the Serrano flavor on an impulse from a high-end novelty grocer in Utah. It was a mistake, as I am now absolutely addicted. Someone needs to research whether bullwhip kelp contains crack.

Seriously, though, the flavor is balanced, very nuanced, perfect heat, just a touch of briny funk. It goes on (and improves) pretty much anything.

I do strongly recommend against snorting it, no matter how much you may want to.

Lots of heat!

Perfect for cooking when you want to add heat. Good addition to dinner plates, sandwiches or soup to add spice. Not for the faint hearted- makes Siracha look like ketchup!
